Assist and instruct students, faculty and staff in the Electronic Information Center in the use of all electronic information resources, including online and CD-ROM databases, Internet resources and e-mail applications

Reference
Staff reference desk 10-13 hours per week providing in-person and telephone reference services for students, faculty and staff in all subject areas, utilizing both print and electronic resources; 9 hours per week serve as sole staff member providing this assistance

Teach electronic resources (since 1995)
Participate as an instructor for both the Library Instruction Program and the Electronic Information Classes Program

Create web guides to assist teachers in integrating the Internet in the curriculum

Design finding tools and temporary signs

Web design (since 1994)

Participate in semi-monthly meetings of the reference staff of the Undergraduate Library
